(questions asked in interview)hi every one can any one please answer to this questions.these questions were asked in an interview.i have another interview next week . 1.when the time schedule is tight how will you approch the testing,and the relese is nearing and we need to finish testing how can we follow in that case.do we need to exicute all the test cases or can priortise and leave some to next relase. 2. when a new feature is added to the existing application we need to add new test cases but after that do we need to change all the existing test cases and while running do we need to exicute entire application test cases or only the new feature test cases and related new feature test cases. 3.do you have any situation where you have to write and exicute the test cases same time, how will you follow.does it happens in real time. 4.example of bug which is not reproducible.like tester say that there is bug and developer say no can some example of such bugs. 5.during regression testing some times do we need to add new some additional test cases to test that bug.

have an interview tomorrow.it will be a great help if any
one answer to this questions.thanks all.

1.when ever we get a build do we need to do smoke test is it
compulsory,and how much do they spend for test.

2.generally all the testcases are stored in which place in
real time.is there tool used to store that testcases and
test plan,suppose we are using test director can we store
all our test cases in it, and where does entire application
test cases and test plan is stored assuming that company is
using test director.


3.and when we file a bug,and it gets fixed after that do we
need to do regressing testing only on that test case or any
other test cases also.how the process will be there in real
time.

4.when ever a new feature is added to the application do all
the test cases to be re executed.

5. can we use toad, winaql in oracle database to access sql
queries.

thank you all for your answers it will help me a lot.so
regarding when we add new feature to the application some
one told me that we need to update the requirement document
and need to send it to client and after that we need to
write testcases for that new feature an after that weneed to
exicute all that test cases and next we need to exicute
entire old test cases .please tell me is this correct or not
if is wrong can any one give me correct answer.
