it locks the header #SCN number of the datafiles and
datafiles will be updated continuously.
If the db is coming out from begin backup mode it updates
the header #SCN number.

If RMAN backup exists
go to RMAN prompt
recover controlfile from backup controlfile
restore database from bckup
recover database
