it locks the header #SCN number of the datafiles and
datafiles will be updated continuously.
If the db is coming out from begin backup mode it updates
the header #SCN number.

It freezes the entire database and it won’t take any transaction to datafile then excessive redologs generates.

SUPPOSE AS A DBA YOU CREATED ONE USER BY DEFAULT HOW MANY PRIVILIZES WILL COME TO USER & WHERE CAN YOU SEE THAT PRIVILIZES.
