why rating in KVA and KVAR?

Answer

Transformer reating is always in KVA because the losses of
T/F are depending upon voltage & current ,not on the phase
angle so that T/F rating is in KVA not in KVAR

what is the creepage distance?

Answer

Bushing is used in transformer ,in ct/pt,in ht panel.
Insulator used in over head lines
creepage distance is the distance between two conductors it
should be 1200 mm.
