process variables,like
temperature,pressure,level,humidity,vibration,flow.also
PH,conductivity,silica,chloride.

please check followings:
1-check gland packing if tight then may be loose.
2-If booster relay installed then check its equlizer valve
some time this valve called by-pass valve.The valve may
adjut to approprite position as hunting stop.
3-Check feed back linkage with touch any part of the body.
