NAME. AND DEBIT PURCHASE IN CASE OF BOUGHT ITEM FOR
SALES, OR PURCHASE OF ASSET YOU NEED TO RECORD ASSET'S NAME

First of all it's not General Entry, It should be Journal Entry.
