caught it and did my level best to stood myself in fist of the
row!
for that i had to be smarter and gather extra courage and zeal
and such could be done what made me going the extra mile.

Always support the customer coz he is always wright,at the same time we should put ourselves into customers shoe than you start thinking about the customers problem on the other hand read his expressions and need zeal to expect such things.
