I went for an interview for H-1b visa stamping the visa
officer was not satisfied with the doc and asked me to get
list of employees, their sal, position and income tax
papers. After a week I went back with all those doc, agin
she has asked me to get unemploymentwagereport.My company is
not ready to give to the report? Is there any other way to
get visa stamping done... as I might loose my job .....Is
there any other alternate paper that could help me with
that....????Plzzzz help me if anyone knows abt it.

Hi, I have not filed my IT returns for 2008-09 as my income was NIL due to unemployment. IT dept.even refused to accept a NIL form. If I do get a job offer from US and have to apply for a business visa, would I need IT returns for 08-09?

Hi All, I got H1B in the year 2008 and i have been there for 5 months and had my SSN and DL and i didnt hold any paystrubs and due to market down fall i was back to india and now am i eligible to apply in the same cap or need to go through fresh H1B filing.
