what is the purpose of battery tap voltage.
Answers were Sorted based on User's Feedback
Tap votage is from the battery in 75-80% position so that
this volage is equal to the normal (float charge) voltage
of the battery set, when boost- charging is going on ,so
that DC supply voltage to the appliances is not as high as
boost voltage which could be 30 % more than the rated
volage of the battery set

During boost charging total set of battery set on high
voltage charging. To save the 220v DC connceted system from
above boost charging voltage,a tapping done from the 80%
cell, from where we can get 220v DC.
