Hi All, I have an H1-B visa interview on 8th OCt 2009. I have completed 4 years in my present company but i mispalced my Company Offer letter . Could anyone please tell me is this letter is a mandatory on going for visa stamping?

I cam India from USA two days back due to some domestic reasons.I was given a blue form during H1B interview for additional documents. They asked for all the w-2 and tax returns of all the employees in the company which the company refused to give. What should I do now. Can I take a different date fr the interview again at a different consulate location. or should I skip that particular document and send the rest that they have asked for.

Hi, I have done 3 years diploma in electronics ( 1998-2000) but I completed my diploma in 2005. I started working from 2000 itself ; so I am having total 10+ year experience in IT field. HI Guys.My H1B visa petition got approved for the year 2008- 2009. I am filling the application form consulte intervew. the questions currently i am working X company and i have applied for H1 visa through Y company. but before this i have applied for L1 visa through X company and when it comes to RFE the X company has withdrawn the petition from the USCIS. So now while filling DS-156 there are questions like 1. is u r visa cancelled or revoked before? 2. Is any other has applied for Immigrant visa on behalf of you before? so what answers i have to give for above questions since my X company withdrawn L1 visa petition from USCIS. if i say NO/YES what will be the problem. pls answer if anybody experienced this.
