Hi, I have just 1 year 10 months of exp. in Software field as developer and on Nov 5th my case status changed to "Approval notice sent". Now, I have 3 doubts. Please clarify. 1. Hi, I have not filed my IT returns for 2008-09 as my income was NIL due to unemployment. IT dept.even refused to accept a NIL form. If I do get a job offer from US and have to apply for a business visa, would I need IT returns for 08-09?

Hi, I am working for Company X and Company Y, which I will join after Visa approved has already filed my H1 and I need to take an appointment. Now my Company X is planning for my Visa which could be L or H. What I am afraid of is that if I dont join the Company Y for which I may getthe Visa stamped or "Pending for administrative processing" inwhich they may keep my passport. Please suggest should I hold my visa interview for Company Y or ther willnot be any problem in both cases? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

My H1B interview is scheduled next month. For docs relating to previous employer, I got only offer letter and experience cert only. I used to get salary in cash. I dont have pay slips also.
