go to the website and you are unable to find how to process,
send them an email(service email id will be there available)
or contact them in whatever format(phone) and drop them a
message, definitely they will reply you and assist you.

Hi, send a mail to ETS informing the problem.
they consider one request without payment ( but since it is
more than 5 months they might ask you to pay $17)and send
you one more score report.
here are the details to get in touch with them.
Email toefl@ets.org or call ETS at 1-609-771-7100

just call the abroad ex:us phone number of ets and if possible change the adress like mention any friends adress who resides in us

I have got an I-20. But due to some paper problem i am not able to take an interview date for M1 us visa and my i20 is going to expire on 27th July (before i have to report). What should i do now. It will take time to complete my paper work. Should i get new i20 or is there any way to extend it?
