i have visited us onceson b1 visa . 2nd time when applied for student visa it was rejected however my profile was good 81 in toefl...71% in high school with science stream.now iam applying again for spring 2010.last time VO ask me that u apply again for visa but i haven't appllied.what should i do????
HI, IM PURSUING BTECH FINAL YEAR(INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY) AND I WANT TO STUDY M.S IN ABROAD.? SOO CAN ANY ONE SUGGEST ME WHICH COUNTRY IS BETTER TO GO STUDY AND SETTLE OVER THERE. I'VE SEEN MANY PEOPLE RETURNING FROM UK.AND I HAVE ANOTHER DOUBT I USED TO HAVE AROUND 10 BACKLOGS WHICH ARE CLEARED NOW AND MANY PEOPLE SAYIN THAT I MAY NOT GET U.S VISA AS I HAVE MANY BACKLOGS.CAN ANY ONE SUGGEST ME ACCORDING TO MY POSITION.
please my High school certificate is not with me now and i have interview on three weeks time, but i also i apply for one university and they request my high school certificate and post to them and they said they will send it to me after the admission process, pls can anyone tell me if i am ask? thank you

My visa got rejected because of insufficient funds and fake bank statement.... Vo checked my bank statement and calculated something and said "due to insufficient funds I'm refusing your visa".... She didn't return the bank statement to me... The amount was removed from account before the visa interview date... I'm really worried that will they contact bank people to know whether the amount is there or not... Will they take any action against me for presenting fake bank documents... In fact we have 2 crores worth property ,but the problem is that the property is under my grandfather's name... So I have taken the fake documents as the real documents were not ready for the visa date ... Could you please let me know what to do
i lceared my high school in 2009-10 session then in december 2009 i aplies for f-1 visa of US n i was rejected,my score in toefl was 77 at dat tym.....den i applied again n was rejected. den i took my tym gave TOEFL again n updated my score to 85 n dis tym round i have also taken SAT test my result is pendind till 20th may. n dis tym i have applied to d same university n i got 50%scholarship as well....but i m really very nervous on giving my visa interview 3rd tym dont know wat will happen.....plz help me wid dis.....wat que. would dey ask me dis tym....n wat changes should i bring????plz help me

I wish to do my graduate studies in one of the us universities in the field of computer science starting Fall 2010 and am waiting admission information from 1-2 univs. Two years back, I had attempted for H1-B visa which was put on hold. Subsequently since I got a good job in India, I did not pursue H1-B visa. Now I wish to continue with my studies after getting some job experience. My problem What shoudl I write in the DS-160 column asking: Whether you had applied for US visa earlier, if so what is the result. Whether I should write: applied for H1-B visa but put on hold or applied for H1-B visa, denied. Whether this will come in the way of my securing F-1 visa now? actually i have applied for MBA in Dowling college new york (USA) which GMAT is not require but i have given TOEFL got 92 out of 120 and my visa interview was on 29 july and that was refused due to GMAT and in interview she asked me about GMAT and she told me you are disqualify so please tell me the answer of this question so i can easily give the answer in my next interview.
hi, i am permananent resident of usa i want to sponser my wife when i get my citizenship which is late 2011(apon advice of lawyer friend) my wife is coming to usa for education(f-1) only thing left in her student visa is her interview all her documents are complete she is coming for 4 year education program. only thing I am worried about is can they deny her visa based on that me(her husband) is in usa. I do know while she is studying in usa and i become citizen and sponser her she does not have to go back to her country even after her visa is expired. if they bring this point up in interview what could they ask and what should be best reply thank you very much

i have applied F1 visa 8th Aug and i have been rejected i could not conveince her on transfer from 3years bachelors of environmental science to sociology and i need to reach university by 25th Aug .last interview i said for second bachelor she asked why didnt search for environmental science and environment management and wild life management is different
