Public folder is an exchange entity used by users in
organization to share common information like
contacts,calenders for appointments,Tasks...
Public is striclty prohibited to Outlook 2003, Outlook
Anywhere,OWA.

Users cannot access these folders directly. Client
applications like Outlook use these folders to store

lists, and organizational forms. Other system folders hold
