front office plays a major part in hotels....it helps to
learn the "CUSTOMER INTRACTION" ,since i have been trained
in all the departments,but front office means everything to
me as it is giving first impression....to the guests.we can
learn and get experinces in all the guest
views....automatically "EMPATHY" WII GET INVOLVE TO SOLVE
THE PROBLEM....FRONT OFFICE means understanding the guests
and satisfy them with thier opt needs...i love to do

Front office department is only the department which is totally based on sales and marketing skills and techniques and if I get a chance to work in this department I can easily learn how to use these techniques and then I can apply these techniques which helps the hotel to achieve its organizational goal and also helps in increasing their productivity level.
