front office plays a major part in hotels....it helps to
learn the "CUSTOMER INTERACTION" ,since i have been trained
in all the departments,but front office means everything to
me as it is giving first impression....to the guests.we can
learn and get experience in all the guest
views....automatically "EMPATHY" WIT GET INVOLVE TO SOLVE
THE PROBLEM....FRONT OFFICE means understanding the guests
and satisfy them with their opt needs...i love to do
hospitality to the guests..
