and reading section also watching interactive showson tv
and for appearing gd is to remain foccused ,determined ,and
above all assertive

one should haveconfidence in him and should not be nerves
think as he is sitting in front of his friend instead of
some higher authority because it will move out hassitasion
and one will not feel nervesness .while interacting one
should maintain the eye concentration with another parson
