what is use of powerdown and idle mode. is it possible to
execute the normal operations in these two modes

in powerdown mode cpu sleeps as well as the osillator is
cut off no peripherals can be accessed whereas in idle mode
cpu sleeps but osillator is still not cutoff and peripheral
ports can be executed
