Income Tax is charged on the income earned under any of the
five heads of INCOME.
Fringe Benefit tax is levied for the benefits provided by
the employer to his employee and it's purely a tax on
expenditure.
Both are not interrelated. Because one is in the nature of
Income & the other being the vice verso.
