Hi, my F1 visa interview is on this july24 At Mumbai consulate.....But i have a big confusion with my case. I am married and my husband is in USA greencard holder So Visa officer will ask me about my husband and future planning to stay in USA and i am going to say all truths that in future ,i will stay will my husband And My Father is sponsoring me and i m going for MS in CS in California and what should i have to prove for all this....and what type of QUESTIONS i'll have to face and will be asked to ME in interview ??And IF in d end of the interview they reject us then WE should have to ask about reason of rejection OR not??? can you all plz give me suggetions Thankss...........

I’m Rakesh,presently studying in SRM college(BSc-computer science). My visa got rejected. Here is my case. I completed my 12th grade and I scored 1037 and scored 86 in TOEFL ibt. I did not immediately apply for the USA university,there was a gap of one year,during this one year I’m doing my BSc-computer science in SRM college. I got the I20 from the De anza community college,cupertino,california. I’m going to pursue Computer information system in De anza. The VO asked me that, why am I changing from bsc course? secondly, he asked “why are you going for the 2 year college rather than picking a four year college”? And thirdly,he asked me why dint you apply for the college as soon as you complete your 12th grade? Why are you suddenly discontinuing this college and going for De anza? So let me know the ways to get thru the interview!

I had 5 backlogs and i said i had 3 backlogs.lied to visa officer about the backlogs.luck was not on my side he asked my marks sheet and he came to know that there are 5 backlogs and he asked me...i explained him that according to our university we can takeoff 2 subjects which is true and vo is slightly convinced but not sure he continued interview ...should there be any problem if i apply second time.

Hello there, I am an international student. I used to study english in the USA but for some bad issue I had to back to my country. The problem is that I didn't go to my classes for almost month and I didn't pay the rent for 5 months. Now I got admitted to University of Oregon and I am planning to issue a new visa. The ques is " Can I issue a new visa?" after these all kinds of problems.

Dear, One of my close friend is in B2 Visa. Twice she went in B2 and came back to india. First trip to US in June 2008 and second trip to US in Oct 2008. I am admitted in University of Colorado, Boulder for the telecommunications program along with some scholarship. My GRE is 1410 and TOEFL is 108 and a aggregate of 65% in engineering. I have reecived 4 other admits and only one reject(Had applied only to 6 univs.) I have to elder sisters , both are in the US., one is Green card holder and other is on H1B status. I am planning to take my interview date next month . I wanted to know what are my chances of Visa with this background? And if Rejected within how much time can I re-apply for the Visa??
