when i be the in front of intervier then i always get fear
even i know all answers. So can anybody give me sugestion
how to tackle this problem?

When u enter in the interview room then ur heart beat will
be more faster then normal, it can be happen for an
interviewer, don't worry after giving 2 or 3 interviews u
will be normal.

Mate there is no reason to get fear ...every face this
situation...even the who is taking you was facing this problem
at his time...so here are some tips just apply it
just be fresh before d interview wash ur face and wet ur mouth
when the person call u just see in his/her face and greet
just talk slowly and clearly

u don't need to get fear...just keep in mind that "U HAVE TO GET THIS JOB AT ANY COST." This statement helps u increase ur confidence level. just think the interviwer is just a person like u..and definitly he might be just like u before. So always keep ur mind cool and calm and repeat the above statement in heart again and again.

Just keep in mind that how you perform in front of
interviewers is more important than what you answer..
so start observing the body language of others which will
help you to make the situation better..dont get panick
after all we all are human beings only. one more
tip ..."forget the result and give your best shot"
