single line diagram(sld) is a simplified representation of
a power system.sld greatly simplifies the analysis of a
power system.in sld each component of a power system viz.,
generator,motor,transformer,transmission line etc., is
represented by simple symbols which inturn greatly simplify
the power system analysis.
