Culinary Academy of India was the institute which I chose
to build my career in kitchen.I always wanted to become a
chef since my early days of my +2 education.Luckly I met a
school senoir who was doing hotel mangemet and when I told
him about my interest he just told about Culinary Academy
of India which the best inIndia for becoming a chef.
I went to the college and saw all the kitchens and to my
surprise I saw much more than I expected and specially I
saw chef Sudhakr teaching the Final years.And this day
itself I made up my mind to join CAI.Unfortunately I did
not get a seat in my first attempt and was very much
depressed.I went and met Chef Sudhakar N Rao and he told me
that the batch was full and there is no chance for getting
a seat.Then he suggested me to join One year French course
in Alliance Francaise and then apply for the next year.he
told me that knowinh french will definitely give me an edge
in the selection process and then I joined french classes
and appeared for the selection the next year.I got the seat
and Im a proud CAIan today as I got my international
placement also from the college.Thanks to CAI and special
thanks to Cherf Sudhakar N Rao.

and working in Cruiseliners since last eight years.I was
places directly from the college through campus recruitment.

Yeah Culinary Academy of India is the best collrege to
become chefs ,I was working in Cruiselines and saw lot of
students from this college working in the cruiselines.

Yes after I finished college and started working in Marriotts I really felt that Culinary Academy has really given me a very good education and also made me a stronger professional to survive in the Kitchen of a hotel.Six others from different colleges who joined along with me left within the first three months.Really they could not match up to the initial work load of the industry.In CAI as students we used to work for 10 hours a day with lot of home work to complete as well as be back in the college at 8.45 in the morning that too in proper uniform, well groomed and ready fro another 10 hours of work.This has really helped me to survive and now I am heading a specialty restaurant as Chef Partner in Australia.

This is the only college in India which is Hands On and the emphasis is on the practical skill deelopment of the budding chefs.The other difference is that the college has a Chef as the Founder and the Principal and He is Chef Sudhakar N Rao. He is one of the most respected individual in the culinary profession.His selfless contribution by training the young generation of this nation with no commercial motive is the biggest USP of BRAND CAI.

hi,i am jignesh from vadodara, i completed my diploma in food beverage from singapore in city&guilds from uk& also completed one yaer cert.corse in hotelmanagement in vadodara i have experience in taj residency in vadodara,about 3 years as a apprentice,now i plan to study in uk i want ask u which quetion he is asked in interview and if any person sponsor me in uk is it required to saw bank balance and which course i select in uk.is it extend my study in uk . in uk student visa IELTS is compulsory.
