Yes after I finished college and started working in Marriotts I really felt that Culinary Academy has really given me a very good education and also made me a stronger professional to survive in the Kitchen of a hotel.Six others from different colleges who joined along with me left within the first three months.Really they could not match up to the initial work load of the industry. In CAI as students we used to work for 10 hours a day with lot of home work to complete as well as be back in the college at 8.45 in the morning that too in proper uniform, well groomed and ready fro another 10 hours of work. This has really helped me to survive and now I am heading a specialty restaurant as Chef Partner in Australia.
