Debenture is an acknowledgment of debt or loan from outsiders.
Which is issued by the company under its common seal.

Debenture is the investment made by the outsider of the
company, that is other than shareholder, debenture holder
get interest on the amount invested by the company, where as
share holder gets dividend on share when company earn
sufficient profit.
