go to computer management and select the process&Resorce
management
it displays the currently running processes and find the
required process then manage

(1) As cited above both belong to only Windows Vista and
Windows 7 and both are right.

(2) But in XP you have to use Task Manager to view the process.

(3) But when you are in remote location and using Telnet
Server you have to use Tasklist command to view the services
and programs.

As mentioned above go to computer management -> Select
Reliability and Performance -> In the right pane Select
particular Disk - Network - Memory - CPU for the processes
going on.
