there are 2 network printers,i have given print to one of
the networkprinter,due to some reason it's not print,and
it's stored in printque but now i want to change printque
to another printer without deleting printque,

in this case we need to redirect print job.but before
redirecting the print job you have to ensure that the both
printers had have same drivers
Right click the printer that is associated with the failed
print device and select properties from the drop down menu
to open the printr propertiesdilog box
Click the Ports tab
Click add port and select the local port from the display
list.click new port.
Enter the UNC path of a printerdevice that uses the same
printer driver as the failed device for
example //poweredge9/hplaserjet. click ok, then click Close
to return to the printer properties dilog box
scroll down the list of ports and click the box next to the
local port you just added,
all printque will goes to the new printer

in the printing window option.u vll b having the name
option u have to choose the folling printer option to print
