Hi, I went to US consulate in Mummbai, on 16 th march 2009
and i was asked to get income tax papers of my co, list of
employees and my income tax return.Whn I carried those
papers and went again, the officer asked to get
unemployment wage repot, but my co is not ready to send me
the report, could you please tell me if there is an
alternate doc to it? I really need helpIs there any other
way out to go back to USA?

H1B approved in October 2008 I got H1B Approval NoticeI-797B form which is valid from 3rd October 2008 to 21st September 2011.i still did'nt went for Visa stamping.I would like to ask few questions in this regard. 1.When is the correct time to go for stamping? 2.As i have applied from a consultancy so do i need to take any new employment offer letter from a new YYY company? 3.Presently i am working in XXX company?What should i carry from this XXX company? 4.If visa interviewer asks "If ur visa is been approved long time back then why you are coming now?" HI iam sudhakar i got selected h1b approval for the year 2009 .in the h1b document they have mentioned the interview location as chennai by that time hyderabd office was not opened. can any one help me where i can attend the interview hyderabad or chennai and is it the rigtht time to attend the interview..
