I'm a workaholic person and love to dedicate myself to the
work I'm doing.But at the same time I forgot to keep a
balance between other things which I'm trying to improve
on. My strengts are my ability to be flexible I've seen
companies got through changes in structure and management
philosophy. I've had to adjust my style to the new
environment several times.
And I am fit for this position because I believed that i
have a qulaitioes that really desires me to go towards as
like this.Perhaps i believed myself with self confidence
and determined to prioritized the given tasks.

environment .and i am ogood team player where ican handle
the batch care3fully by encouraging them from time to
