The question is Rent paid to landlord
According to you Rent is yet to be payable
Right answer is
Rent a/c dr
To cash a/c
it is an expenditure. For all expenses cash are bank a/c
will be credited .You need not bother about to whom paid or
payable
And my sincere advice is hereafter try to answer or post
