If you are a fresher applying for a process job and during
interview the HR of the company offer you a job of sales
manger with salary of 10 lakhs per annum. Would accept the
offer or not? Give reasons.

I would not accept the offer because i'm not experienced in
sales and what i think is success comes in steps not by a
short-cut.

Obviously yes. There are three main reasons behind it.
Firstly, the HR manager who is offering the job doesn't want to sink his own company recruiting the wrong persons for the wrong post.
Secondly, he/she might have noticed a special feature that the person is eligible for the sales manager post and could bring up the company with his/her skills.
Thirdly, I don't like to reject the offer as I have confidence of handling the certain responsibility given by the authorities. I always remember one logic in life that TAKING RISK IN LIFE THRILLS.

Thanks for the offer, but I am a fresher in the industry.
During the interview session you feel that I am capable for
your offer then I will try my best to achieve your goal.
Without taking risk in life you will not achieve any thing.

no, i didn't accept because of the salary will come as per
our knowledge and hard working of our working consultancy
not for unexperienced canditates those who are come to earn
their knowledge and improve their field experience as a
fresher

yes i am capable for it but first i will analyze the way he/she offering the post then i will decide to accept it or not.if he/she offered me to know my answer for sake of entertainment then i will deny and if his/her talking way seems to be serious then i will accept that offer.
