In this case the distance is the CONSTANT.
Distance = time *Velocity = K
Consider the velocity in the first case as x
then x*7 = (x+12)*5
x=30.
the distance is 7x = 210 kms.

s+12=x/5
s=x-60/5
x-60/5=x/7 taking the value of s .
7x-420=5x
