hi friends...i hav a issue in company n need to solve it.
the problem iz in our company the systems are connected in
workgroup..everyday one system is facing a ip conflict issue.
plz tel me how to solve it...
everyday i find out which system it conflicting with
accordingly i do restarting of system it conflicting with.
Dhcp is configured in router..router provides the ip.
frieds plz provide any permanant solution with detailed
steps...thnx.

May be the modem is defective but before talk to isp plz
check computers may be on some computer dhcp server service
is runing or check Your modem what the range u give in the
modem and check that count have to more than the number of
computer

check the router log.
check ip address rang
all working fine but still problem the try to update router iso.
OR create separately DHCP server and remove dhcp from router.

Firstly check the address pool whiec is define in to router
and No. of systems leasing the IP from DHCP. You can
increase the address pool.If CPE is provided from ISP then
log a call to ISP and get it resolved.
