After insert the record in forntend, How will u check the
backend by manually? Please explain..

yes you are right . with out quries we will not able to
test data base testing.but as a tester we will responsible
for test and see the data whether it is stored in back end
or not. we dont have permission to do any thing.so what i
am coming to tell means "select * from condition" querie
is enough for testing the back end.

Backend Checking is what we call DATABASE TESTING
