A can do a piece of work in 90 dAYS ,B in 40 days and C in 12 days .they work for a day ea..

Answer / saikat

in 1 day A does 1\90 th of the job, B 1\ 40th and C 1\12th.
At the end of 3 days total work done by all three will be 43
\360. So it takes about 8 days for each of them to complete
the work before the last day. On the ladt day, A works for
1 day, B for .11 days and C doesn't work at all. So the
ratios of work done by the are -- .1:.2:.67, where total
reimbusement is Rs. 240. So, A should get Rs.24, B Rs. 48 C
Rs. 160.
