closing stock = ( opening stock + purchse ( all type relate mfg )+freight on purchase + mfg exp /cost of mfg +sales return )- (sales + purchase rtn )

Ope Balnce + Purchase- material issue to production= closing raw material
if it is finished goods
Ope balance + productiop - sales = closing finished goods.

*Cost of goods sold = opening stock total purchase direct expenses - closing stock
*Gross profit = total sales - cost of goods sold
