GUys Plz help...I am facing a new problem in interview..I
am an MNC employee..so the interviewers ask me why i wanna
leave my present job where the pay scale is quite high when
compared to clerical post i applied in a bank...but i want
to pursue my career in banking sector out of my
interest..having said that they say u don't need this job
which is quite low when matched with my education and past
job profile...they even add that I have done my intw
well...but don't select in the final list...Wht shd I
do..don't we have an option to chose the career we
want..besides monetary benefits there r many a things which
we look in for...I donno how to deal with it pl help

Hi everyone.. i too face similar problems as one of our
friends have posted. I too work for an MNC and want to quit
it and join bank. Can anyone give a more convincing answer
that makes the interviewer believe that i really want to
shift.. other than just liking the banking field...?
Also if anyone has any idea about the postings.. where we
ll be posted if we are selected?

My Brother got SMS from SBI,CRPD that he is selected for clerical post of its Associate bank i.e state bank of hyderabad , Andhra Pradesh , Last week.But till now he is not received ant e-mail or appiontment letters from SBI or SBH . He cald to many time to CRPD ,MUMBAI . the phone is continously ringing but no body is responding .dear friends please help me what to do.???
