GUys Plz help...I am facing a new problem in interview..I
am an MNC employee..so the interviewers ask me why i wanna
leave my present job where the pay scale is quite high when
compared to clerical post i applied in a bank...but i want
to pursue my career in banking sector out of my
interest..having said that they say u don't need this job
which is quite low when matched with my education and past
job profile...they even add that I have done my intw
well...but don't select in the final list...Wht shd I
do..don't we have an option to chose the career we
want..besides monetary benefits there r many a things which
we look in for...I donno how to deal with it pl help
