Hi all, I was also searching a lot for the syllabus/ exam
patters. But cdnt find. I think all the answers coming in
this thread are all just request for the same and not the
answer. I checked with the officers at NIC near my place,
they just informed me that its of objective type , covers
OOPs concept , programming design things, little html ,
about system,network portocols e.t.c . There wont be much
Q's specific to any language.
Let us study in general.

String, Tree, Binary search tree, Heap, Graph;
Programming Methodology:
C programming, Program control (iteration, recursion,
Functions), Scope, Binding, Parameter passing, Elementary
concepts of Object oriented, Functional and Logic
Programming;
Algorithms for problem solving:
Tree and graph traversals, Connected components, Spanning
trees, Shortest paths; Hashing, Sorting, Searching; Design
techniques (Greedy, Dynamic Programming, Divide-and-
conquer);
Compiler Design:
Lexical analysis, Parsing, Syntax directed translation
, Runtime environment, Code generation, Linking (static and
dynamic); Operating Systems
: Classical concepts (concurrency, synchronization,
deadlock), Processes, threads and Inter-process
