Hi,
My friends F-1 VISA is refused 3 times in year 2008 by US
CONSULATE MUMBAI, INDIA (for SUNY Binghamton). Today was her
3rd time and after rejecting the VISA Officer said to her
that she can not apply again for VISA. When can she reapply
for VISA? Can she apply for same University? Is she allowed
to apply only 3 times a year? If it is so then can she apply
in January 2009 (college commences on Jan 15th 2009).

Why did you choose this particular institute / university for your course?
I have done my masters in anthropology and I have applied again for my MS in Sociology.So how can I show connection between these two subjects?What is the cosular ask me why I am going to do masters again?
I’m Rakesh,presently studying in SRM college(BSc-computer science). My visa got rejected. Here is my case. I completed my 12th grade and I scored 1037 and scored 86 in TOEFL ibt. I did not immediately apply for the USA university,there was a gap of one year,during this one year I’m doing my BSc-computer science in SRM college. I got the I20 from the De anza community college,cupertino,california. I’m going to pursue Computer information system in De anza. The VO asked me that, why am I changing from bsc course? secondly, he asked “why are you going for the 2 year college rather than picking a four year college”? And thirdly,he asked me why dint you apply for the college as soon as you complete your 12th grade? Why are you suddenly discontinuing this college and going for De anza? So let me know the ways to get thru the interview!
My interview is few days away and am applying for a us student visa. I have completed my high school in 2005 and after that did a one year course of computer till 2006 and after that was helping my parents with there business till 2007 June. I then completed my swift course in NIIT which was a four months course and in midway appeared for the TOEFL exams. hello, i got rejection in usa 8 times first 3rd time on findlay and last five time on liberty.they give me one reason that i am not convincing well i told all anser well. at that time my toefl score is 47 now i gave second time i scored 94.also i rejected 2 times in canada all on student visa.i applied in usa this time my inertview is on 12th aug.so please help me get visa. is ther any bad impact of previos rejection and canada rejection.

I got f1 visa rejected in dec'10, at t5hat time i did not mentioned my immediate uncles's name in Ds160 form who lives in US and has a citizenship.Now i am applying 2nd time.
