Body earth pits and Neutral earth pits must never be
interconnected.
As per Indian Standards, they must be seperately grounded
into different Earth pits.

to make standby if neutral fail then the device get the
neutral from the earthing.

If neutral earthing pit is separate & body earthing is
separate & if there is body earth fault voltage will develop
at the body suppose 230 V & someone touches body & neutral
potential difference will be 230 V & person will get shock.
If both pits are interconnected same potential will be there
& PD will be zero. So no shock.
