I got 2 I20's but I had tension about visa because I attempt the toefl for 2 times had very low score SO I atempt Ielts for 3 times had a score 6.0 and my gre 980 Btech 70%(no backlogs),is der any effect on visa by attempting these many times.So please reply me?

I am having 2 backlogs during my B.Tech degree and had cleared within time with an agg. of 71%.If Vo asks the no. of backlogs...can it affect on the visa.....pl guide me...my interview date is near....also I've heard not to lie to Vo as marksheets can reveal everything...m very nervous...pl help me..

I've gone for the interview twice and I got rejected both the times. It was due to 214(b)-Potential immigrant. I'm applying for the VISA from abroad since my parents work abroad and I've done my schooling here. I got properties in India and my mom has got a job in India as well(on long leave). How do I convince the VO I will return back?

I took my first appointment in immergency slot on 30 July 08 and got rejected for not eligible. I want to book another slot but as normal slot is not available can i go for immergency. I want to take appointment between 11 to 14 August 08 as my uni reporting date is 20 Aug 08.

Hi, I got admission in BIOMEDICAL ENG. MS in Ohio,WRIGHT STATE UNIVERSITY. My gradution % is 59.67 with 6 backlogs. GRE 1030. TOEFL 87. I am going to appear for visa interview. I am working as a Chief Account Officer. I have over 12 years of experience in accounts and finance. I have applied for the certificate in accounting which is one year course from San Diego University for Integrative Studies. The Toefl and official transcript is not required for this certificate course but the university will be taking placement english test on arrival there. The university is issuing the I-20 and acceptance letter for F1 visa. I am having a doubt that the US consulate will reject my student visa for not showing the TOEFL score and Official Transcript. Kindly let me know that the TOEFL score and the official transcript is mandatory for seeking F1 student visa. I look forward for the help.

i am a student from nepal applying for f-1 student visa to study in usa. i have sufficent funds for study purpose with my maternal uncle being a sponsor from US. i have some ties to the country like, property, assets, and i am the only son. but there is only one problem i have score 62.13% in SLC but in 10+2 it is only 52.60% and IELTS score of 6.0. that means i am not a serious student, can this problem cause for the denial of visa, please answer it, if no then please suggest me what to do? or please provide me a reason for " why low marks "
