pre-scalar is that for how many no. of clock pulses the
output must change.it is used to increse the deley time in
TIMER section of MC.where as post-scalar defines to for how
many no of output changes,the actual final output must
change.

what is PLC? how can they work? Is there any possiblity to replace it?
