Hi All, I have an H1-B visa interview on 8th OCt 2009. I have completed 4 years in my present company but i mispalced my Company Offer letter . Could anyone please tell me is this letter is a mandatory on going for visa stamping?

Hi all, I attended for an interview on 3rd of Nov. They have asked very few questions abt Current employer , Experience and my previous US Visit. But somehow they were not confident abt US company. They have asked to come again with IT returns ,Unemployement wage report,Employee list of the US company on any working day to the Consulate. My US employer is ready to give those Doc. and they are genuine Documents. Can anybody had same exp. and what was the final outcome? Thanks in advance.

Any one interviewed for H1 B visa at mumbai and issued blue form?? I was issued blue form on 16th dec, 2010. My passport is with me. Any one with the same case??? any updates ??

Hi, I am Titus. I have completed my B.E course on 2005 and I was having arrears which I cleared 2011. But I started to work from 2005 on wards.Totally I have 6 years experiance in IT. Now I am working XXX(joined 2010 , after cleared arrears). My employer willing to sponsor H1B visa and they are ready to approve. Hi I got H1B in 2008 quota. It is not stamped on my passport yet. I had 8 yrs of Exp but Currently I am not working from last 9 months due to recession and some personal issue. My question is what will happen when my employer send me for visa processing? Do I face any Issue? Will My H1B visa stamped or not? Thanks

hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. Can any one help me * Do i need to apply for fresh LCA if the client name changes & location ( changes within the state CA) * Can i travel to other states and cities for short term support work ( 2 weeks maximum ) * Possiblities of getting the visa in my case?
