according to central sales tax act. this is provided by CST
Act a sale can be called Inter State Sale when the
following two Conditions are fullfilled :-
1.- The goods must be movable and movement from one state
to another state.
2.- The Tittle of Documents must be transfer from one state
to another.
If the following both conditions are fullfil then a sale is
called Inter State Sale.
It is not called Inter State sale if any one or both
conditions are not fulfill.
