THAT IS I AM A PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED PERCENTAGE IS 100%

last 2 last year also i got thru ths written xam for 20k vacancies bt ws not able 2 get thru the interview i had ma interview on last day
n ths tym also m havin ma interview on last day..........

hey tarun,,.this sumit ,.back on allinterview,.,., did you
forget me., i was also selected in sbi clerk 2008,..now my
sbi interview is on 30th april in gwalior(m.p.),.,.
any one from Madhyapradesh.,

Happy to c the reminder from this blogs again in the mail,
congrats to all who have got the call letter,

@ rashmi.
No need to go for a specific book, read this blog from page
1, you wud most of ur answers, read the newspapers n
currents affais, shoaid- sania wedding, maoist,
commenwealth games, IPL may b the hot topics.

secondly, don't worry abt the past... just move on,
no matter when ur interview is they hve provided you a
chance to prove yourself n u wud...
just keep calm n give ur best shot.

secondly, prepare all your documents well in advance as
last time many participants faced problems on the main day.
get all the docs attested 3-4 copies,
prepare you caste certificates by the proper authority
mentioned therein...

post all you thoughts, queries n learnings here....

Advance Wishes to our friends who r gng 2 join @ SBI
Dont worry abt Interview. There will be four members in the
Interview panel. 99% sure for a lady’s presence in the panel.
First Dress Neatly. No religious symbols.
Avoiding casuals will giv u more marks. Neat hair style also.
For Boys Light Coloured Shirt tuckd in dark trousers will be
better. Suitable belts n Shoes r preferable. Dont fold the Cuff.
For girls decent dressing , good hair style. (I am weak on
the names n their terms on dresses, sorry)
Always keep smilng face. When u r called knock the door
lightly ( even though it is opened) and enter into de room
after they giv permission. (No unnecessary noises, large
coughs).If there’s a lady / ladies in the panel say good
morning madam first and proceed to Gentlemen.
Sit after they allow u 2 sit with a thanks 2 them. Don’t
cross ur hands or fingers. Jus relax. Keep ur file on ur lap
and keep ur hands over it.
KEEP EYE CONTACT. Don’t look anywhere. Look the person who
question you. Randomly look all , only with eye contact.
Don’t answer looking anywhere.
If they ask to tell abt ur self, don’t bluff or tell a
story. Introduce urself , your education, ur current job,
etc in a short n sweet manner. If u r hunting 4 job means
tell dat.

Be sound in your subjects (As I am a Computer graduate, they
ask some questions from computers.). If u r working, surely
the Interview panel will ask 'Y u want 2 join SBI". Dont
hesitate 2 say dat" Job Security n Job in SBI is a privilege
n it is a service to nation". Add some good words while
answering, Skip Negative type of words n Words giving
Negative meaning.

I hope u all got ur biodata form. they will ask some
questions frm that. If u have gap in studies or u
discontinue ur higher studies r if u r undergoing any
studies , they will ask abt that. (No hand movements while
explaining)

Then come family details, current affairs etc. Collect
details abt SBI (History, Mergers, etc) frm Net (I think
wikipedia is good). Collect last six months data's abt
sports, economy, politics, awards etc. Dont xpect ques abt
films r stars. Collect details abt Bankng terms (Abt
Cheques, deposits etc). Please avoid adding additional
details when u r answering.

If you don’t know the answer means , tell straightly dat “
Sorry Madam (If the Interviewer Lady ask), I don’t know”.
Don’t give wrong r Guess details.

Mostly Your Behavior and manners gng 2 score marks. I know
some persons who didn’t get selected , eventhough they
answered very well. Be Cool n tell answer. in a relaxed
Mood. Maintain Good tone in your voice.
Sorry 4 taking large space. If u want more details, My
friends and I r ready 2 answer upto our knowledge. As Nitin
n Anil says, go thru all comments in this blog. It will show
some lights on facing SBI interview.
