I joined SBI on 5th, now I selected for karnataka bank
for the same post, which is good? shall i continue SBI or
what pls.......suggest me

hi all,

iam anil from hyd circle after a gap... bcoz i was busy
in my training classes... yah abt increment graduates will
be getting 2 increments defualt more than +2 guys.

@ JAIIB , CAIIB

i wanna clarify jaggu tht everyone shld be having
minimum of 3 years of exp n not 2 years as u mentioned...
and tht too graduation is a MUST after 3yrs to get 3
increments.

JAIIB - previously known as CAIIB part 1, has some 5
subjects by clearing u will get 1 increment.

CAIIB - prevously part 2.... after completing u can get
2 increments.

all the subjects r related to banking and financial
sectors...

In 5 years if u plan ur career we can bcom PO..

i came to know the above details in my training classes
wer we had a breifing abt performace appraisal...

Hello everyone,

Anil,

You said you were in training, so you would be having more
info regarding the increments and stuff, so could you post
that on my blog.

And for everyone who wishes to switch the blog, there is no
need to create a new one, just use the one i created and
gops and others have already joined.

For those who dont know the blog url here it is:

and Anil plz be more precise to what you said about the 3
increments, graduation and 3 years. you can post that info
in my blog if you want to. Could you plz do that for me and
others as it will be more helpful.

I will try to find out what I can from the manager and

Anil,

you were saying graduation is a must for jaiib and caiib, am
I right. But acc to the syllabus sheet i downloaded from
iibf website, it is mentioned that the eligibility is
matriculation but not graduation. Please clarify whether
graduation is necessary for the increment or the exam. I am
little bit confused regarding this. Plz clarify.

sorry yaar im in training in
hyderabad SBCL which got 4th
consequtive award as best in state .
so we have lot of fun here like
interactive games n mixed double
games with gals ...so im lil busy right
now..but in our centre thy provided
each one or us with complete info abt
promotions n increment.i can only
post it here after my training bcoz i
dont wanna miss a bit.or next time i
will provide u the link which has all
details abt it.i think everyone of u will
b provided with complete information
in a CD after u finishe training.
