I have qualified in the sbi clerical test .Now my
interview is on 16-10-2008.So pls tell me what questions

The pay will be based on the starting pay scale for
undergraduates, but one increment will be added for graduates.

Dear Anand and Anil,
As far as i know, the pay scales of those who completed
Graduation have two increments more than those who
completed XII th.
And whether it is regular, or through correspondence, all is
the same in the case of Govt. jobs.
So those who did not complete Graduation, please do so now.
Or you still can join the bank, and upon completion of ur
graduation, the increments wil be given to you.

Hello guy,
Here nobody surely knows about the increments including me.
Actually, when my certificates were being verified, the
officer verifying the certificates asked one of the to
candidates complete his graduation even if he was going to
join sbi since the increments will be given based on
graduation and on exams like CAIIB. That is all what I
heard from and the same was told by a neighbor of mine who
is a PO in sbi. Any way once we join, let us work toward
getting a better position in the bank and make sbi a nice
place to work.
