I have qualified in the sbi clerical test .Now my
interview is on 16-10-2008.So pls tell me what questions
are asked in the interview and tell me the reference book
for interview in sbi.

hi guys,
I got message only to join on 5th jan on by colleting the
appoint letter on 3rd jan at sbi admin unit,vij.with ph no.
only this message i got.they did not give the posting in
which branch or in any other details. So, i know only these
details.

my boss told me its ok we will grant you so it is not a
problem for me...!!
so friends......now just wait for appointment letter and
they r not telling us anything on phone...still we don't
know what is our medical report.......!!

Well Jay,
When I had medical, after submitting all the reports to the
doctor I asked whether I was fit. He told me "You are fit.
If you were not, then we have an obligation to tell you why
you were unfit. So, dont worry!" That was exactly what he
said to me and I think whoever were not told that they were
unfit are sure to be fit and will be receiving the
appointment letter.
I have told you what I know to the best of my knowledge. so
there is nothing to worry but we just have to wait.

hi bangalore frnds,
I finished my medical test on 24th, but i dont know
the result, they told(the clinic) they will give report
directly to sbi, did anybody got any appointment letter?
when we will get it?
and one more thing on that day after taking food i
went for checkup, i am worry about that, because may be
sugar level goes up after check up? pls inform me...what
will happen?
and one more thing saturday i received letter from
sbi i.e state bank staff's union to want to a member of
that organization and they mentioned for further details u
can contact local office secretary, if any body got this
type letter pls clarify what is this all about....
when will our circle ppls get appointment letter

Hi Aaa and Bangalore Circle Friends ,
I also got the same letter on saturday.It was send by State
Bank's Staff Union(Karnataka).Its just to canvas new
employee's to join the Bank Union. You can see the date of
that union letter, its send on 24th Dec.
If you didnt get the appointment letter till 2nd of Jan ,
go to SBI Local Head Office in St. Mark Road on 3rd Jan.
SBI Recruiting Cell cant declare anyone "UNFIT" for high
blood sugar in Medical Test. So, dont worry at all.
Friends, if anyone got the appointment letter,please post

i have completed my p.g. in year 2004 and now i got a chance for interview in allahabad bank kindly tell me the answer wat will i say when they ask me about my gap since i am preparing for banking sector year 2004.
I am working with a co-operative bank as a Trainee Officer and I am on probation. I am selected for SBI interview. Will I need to submit NOC. If I ask for NOC it can be a negative effect towards my existing employer. If I am not selected in SBI there are chances I cann loose my job here also
