Capital should be shown under liability side of the balance
sheet.It is liability to the company, the company is liable
to pay for the borrowed fund. Hence it comes under
liability of the company.

Secure Capital must be reduced from Capital and the remaining
amount (along with the previous two) should be shown on the
liabilities side.
