As per my knowledge i can say it is Regression Testing .
because after making changes in abuilt we will test the
application whether it is effecting the application or not
so we can say ti is regression testing.....

Regression I definetely think it is Regression testing coz
regression testing is done after a new build
(modified_build) is released, we need to check the build
whether it is affecting the functionality of theh
application.
